Border Collie - Large - Adult - Male - Dog - Gunther

Gunther is a darling boy who appeared to have been dumped at the side of a highway in the rain. Each car that went by, he would trot after, as if he was sure that was his owner, then he'd stand in the middle of the road staring at it as it drove away. It was so heartbreaking, that finally one car stopped. He didn't notice this car as he was still staring at the last car that was going away, but when this person called for him, he turned, and his drooping tail started wagging, and he bounded over, full of kisses, love, and gratefulness. Dripping wet, he rode like a gentleman in the back of the car, and is now with Pets & People, looking for a new home with people who will never abandon him. Good with other dogs and people. Not sure of his breed, but he is very, very tall. $75.00 adoption fee. We need dry dog food! If you have the means to help, we would greatly appreciate it, and it is tax deductable! We need small brown kibble. The darker colored dyed foods tend to upset our pups' tummies, and we like the smaller size pieces because the small guys, older guys, and delicate eaters seem to prefer it.
