J.R. was adopted as a young puppy and lived with his best buddy - the man who adopted him. His life, as he knew it, fell apart when the man became engaged to a woman who had another dog - and her dog and J.R. didn't get along. The new fiance said J.R. had to go, and now he's back with us - and completely and totally lost and confused. He is just miserable and scared, and is waiting for a master to return, not knowing that won't be happening. He needs a kind, patient person to give him a new home - a forever home this time. He would probably be best in a quiet home without young children so he can settle in and learn to trust again. If you think your home is just what he needs, please give this poor guy a chance. April update. Because of JR's mentor, JR has become a "new" boy. He is continually getting more and more outgoing. LOVES walks and attention. He has truely blossomed, thanks to his mentores Ashley and Dennis Sanderson! $75.00 adoption fee.
