Courtesy Post ONLY: This dog is not a Safe Haven Program pet. Please contact the vet listed below for more info. "PIPER" is a sweet 2 year old pit bull mix. She was tied to the door knob of my clinic a month ago. I have spayed her and given her all her shots. She is a very healthy girl. She has a wonderful temperment and really really loves to play. She is wonderful with all the dogs and cats at the clinic. She is very timid around men so I think she was probably abused by a man in her past. With that said, the other vet I work with is a man and with time she has grown to love him. I have never seen ANY aggression in her for those who have preconceived thoughts about pit bull mixes. Piper really needs a loving home. She is living in a kennel at my clinic until I can find her a good home. I know whoever takes her will love her as much as we do at the clinic.
