Alphasmart 3000 portable word processor.

Excellent Condition.

These are great units for writing on the go and then transferring your finished work to your PC computer. There are 8 different storage spaces for separate letters, notes, etc. The back of the unit has basic commands and instructions and further information is in the included user manual. The AlphaSmart is a keyboarding device that enables a person to work on the go, much like a laptop computer, but it is strictly for word processing, as it functions essentially like a simple digital typewriter. With up to 300 hours of use on a charge, these are great on airplanes when all you want to do is write.

Data can be transferred to your PC with the USB cable or with the included wireless infrared receiver.

Runs on rechargeable battery pack (included), or external power supply (included).

Features printer output port (optional cable not included) and USB output port for connecting directly to Mac or PC computer via keyboard emulation (open a text program on computer and press SEND on AlphaSmart transfers text to computer).
